Jamison Family Sandestin Trip

We headed to the beach with the Jamison clan for a mini reunion. It's so rare for all of us to be together! Little Parker and Lee had fun playing together and everyone enjoyed seeing him and meeting Ellis. Gran, Trish, Joyce, Betsy, and their families were all there. My mom was sweet to stay at the condo in the mornings while we went to the beach and pool with everyone. Lee enjoyed the beach again but really loved the pool this time! He jumped off the edge for the first time and didn't even mind going all the way under. He kept wanting to swim by himself, which he can't, so I'm thinking he might be ready for some basic lessons. He was quite the little fish! We had everyone over one night for dinner and my dad grilled a bunch of fish he caught with Lee when we were there in May. It was so yummy! Everyone pitched in on the sides and dessert and it was an amazing meal. I said it was better than going out! I had a great week with my parents, aunts, uncles, and cousins, though I was definitely worn out and ready to get home. (Lee decided to wake up around 5 every morning!)

You may be wondering why we're raising our hands...somebody brought up kidney stones and we started talking about it and realized that a surprisingly large group of us have had them. Random family info :)

Ellis makes such a mess when she eats so I used this huge bib my mom had at the condo. She looked hilarious in it!
